The cool thing about Quinceaneras is that they’re usually really big. This event was more along the lines of MASSIVE! With about 300 guests and a 12+ hour day this was one of the biggest Quinceaneras we’ve done!

To start the day off, the family had guests arrive nice and early to enjoy hor dourves under the outdoor tented area. A mariachi band set the mood for the first few hours as guests mingled. Next, adults made their way inside to the bar to enjoy drinks while the kids helped themselves to a huge spread. They were met with an elegant String Quartet and our full ambient lighting setup!

Our setup consisted of a modified Unforgettable Package. We set up 4 pillars along the length of the center wall. We also provided full room uplighting with wireless DMX to really pull the room together. The custom monogram was projected onto the dance floor to greet the guests as they walked in. We tied into Palacio’s dual screen system to display a slideshow we put together for the birthday girl. In the main entrance, we had a 15′ red carpet leading to a Hollywood style step and repeat backdrop for guests to take pictures with!

After a few hours of eating, everyone was ready to burn it all off. We were scheduled to DJ 5 hours and ended up going overtime to 7 hours! The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. The only time people sat down was for dinner! Definitely my favorite kind of crowd to rock!
